Our team will guide you with researching individual facilities, licensing violations, APS investigations, discharges from hospitals and nursing homes. We'll help with finding suitable housing, addressing difficult questions with loved ones, then we'll follow up to ensure a smooth transition for residents & communities.
Jamie Callahan, Founder & CEO
Extremely dedicated to the well-being of Southern Oregon's older adult population, Jamie volunteers endless hours providing services to veterans, Alzheimer's patients and meaningful work like Club Sixty. Recognized as an industry leader around aging and services available to assist older adults, Jamie brings this knowledge to Team Senior.
Linda Griesser, Community Liaison (Independent Contractor)
Linda moved to Oregon in 2013 to pursue working with seniors after 25 years in technology sales and marketing in the Silicon Valley. As a licensed Administrator, Linda spent ten years managing senior living communities in Southern Oregon. She enjoyed the challenge of managing the operations of a senior living community and the rewards of helping seniors navigate their changing health needs. Linda joined Team Senior to work side by side with seniors and their families to assist in navigating the myriad of options and the many considerations in making decisions with or for a loved one.
Courtney Downs: Community Liaison
Courtney Downs serves seniors and families throughout Grants Pass and Josephine County with a compassionate, hands-on approach. She assists with everything from hospital discharges and Medicaid navigation to paperwork and finding the right long-term care setting, all while she stands up and fights for you! Courtney also co-hosts We Know a Guy – Grants Pass, helping build the community relationships that make Team Senior such a valuable local resource.
Cherie Linnemeyer, Community Liaison
Cherie Linnemeyer brings more than seven years of senior advocacy experience to Team Senior and is known for her determination to find solutions for families. Her involvement with Alzheimer’s support and community organizations has strengthened her knowledge of the resources available throughout Southern Oregon. When someone needs help, Cherie keeps working until they have a path forward.
Veronica Noble, Relationship Manager (Independent Contractor)
Veronica Noble brings more than 15 years of experience serving seniors and families, with a background in senior living, urgent care, primary care and pain management. She is a natural relationship builder who loves connecting people with trusted resources and professionals throughout Southern Oregon. Veronica is also the founder of We Know a Guy, a networking group built around meaningful community connections.
Jennifer Forbes, Community Outreach
Jennifer Forbes has a genuine love for caring for people, especially seniors. Her passion grew through caring for her own parents and helping seniors transition from their homes into assisted living. Those experiences give Jennifer a personal understanding of the emotions families face and a strong desire to make the process easier, more comfortable, and less overwhelming. She's the type that will move mountains to do what others gave up on.
Paula Johnson, Compliance Consultant (Independent Contractor)
Paula Johnson combines years of experience in HR and compliance with firsthand knowledge of senior care as a former Adult Foster Home owner. She has also spent years assisting organizations that serve seniors, giving her a unique understanding of both caregiving and the systems that support it. At Team Senior, Paula's company helps keep operations, compliance, and organizational processes running smoothly so the team can stay focused on serving families.
Lori Camacho, Executive Director, Club Sixty
Lori joined Team Senior with years of experience in customer service, and senior leadership. She is a true problem solver and prides herself on remaining positive and uplifting in all situations, while being an excellent team player. When she's not running Club Sixty, she is actively assisting seniors in their homes. It is a blessing to consider her a part of the Team Senior family!
Leila Robinson, Community Liaison (Independent Contractor)
While her professional background is in management, Leila brings a great deal of expertise from assisting her own family with hurdles around long-term care. Her “client first” ability to listen with compassion is of great benefit in helping our southern Oregon aging population. She simply knows how to jump in… and never hesitates to do so! Our entire team LOVES her radiant smile and positive energy!
LeeSan Trumbly, Medicaid Community Liaison for Grants Pass, Medford & Roseburg (Independent Contractor)
LeeSan has over 30 years of experience with Aging and People with Disabilities Agency, determining eligibility for various Medicaid programs and assisting families with their search for long-term care. She is all about helping seniors and has been recognized for going above and beyond in every role she has served in. While Team Senior does not serve the Medicaid population, we brought LeeSan on board to help folks that are not getting enough help from DHS.
Cheryl Bright, Veteran's Breakfast Ambassador
Cheryl Bright is a familiar and welcoming face at Team Senior’s monthly Veterans Breakfast at Cartwright’s Taprock, greeting every veteran at the door on the first Thursday of each month. She works tirelessly to raise the funds that help make these breakfasts possible and ensure local veterans can gather, connect and enjoy a meal together. Cheryl’s dedication to honoring and serving veterans has made her an important part of this long-standing Team Senior tradition.
